Ms. Lundquist is the Office manager at Ciurczak & Company, Inc. and brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the position in Human Resources, Administration, and Finance. She has attended many professional trainings and seminars on topics that vary from HR law, accounting, and communications to developing a healthy workforce. As coordinator of the HR department she led the project team that developed job descriptions, the policy and procedure manual V.2, and our 360 degree performance appraisal process. Komani has worked with the Executive Committee in strategic planning, marketing and development. Komani also manages client accounts and administrative staff.
